About the role:
A Food & Beverage Attendant delivers top-notch customer service, quality food and beverages, and maintains café/kitchen areas. They cultivate a positive team culture and provide an exceptional customer experience. The Attendant maintains high standards for menus, displays, and seating, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable café environment.
Daily duties of Attractions Attendant include:
- Ensure all food handling safety and OHS procedures are adhered to at all times.
- Juggle the safety and happiness of customers/visitors throughout your shift.
- Whip up food and beverage magic, from order-taking to food delivery, all with a friendly flair.
- Tackle challenges head-on with a “can do” spirit and a side of creative solutions.
- Spread smiles like butter with your top-notch customer service.
- Handle cash and digital payments like a pro.
- Embrace the daily kitchen dance – dishes, surfaces, and waste – all in a day’s work.
- Maintain your stage – keep your work area spotless and organized.
